It was a game that will be remembered for a long time in Aggie land, especially if the program winds up achieving big things in the next couple of years. Facing a lost season, with a record of 3-7, Jimbo Fisher's Texas A&M Aggies took on the #5 ranked LSU Tigers, who had already clinched an SEC West title, and with two more wins would be staring at a College Football Playoff berth. Early in the game, it was evident that the Aggies could hang with the Bayou Bengals, and as the game wore on, it seemed not only could they matchup, but the Aggies might actually have more talent than their opponents.
