Sovereign Flavors construction is set for February 2023 in Kyle. matteodestefano/Getty Images The California-based beverage company, Sovereign Flavors, is set to begin construction in Central Texas starting in early 2023. The company is set to move its headquarters to Kyle and begin construction in February, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filing. The new facility will be located at Farm to Market Road 1626, Kyle, TX 78640. Construction is expected to begin on February 1, 2023 with an expected completion date of December 1, 2023.
