KYLE, Texas — The Texas Innovation Corridor will welcome its first 1-million-square-foot or larger speculative space development with the construction of five logistics facilities in Kyle, the Greater San Marcos Partnership and Kyle Economic Development Department announced Wednesday. Alliance Industrial Company will build the facilities, called Kyle/35 Logistics Park, to be anywhere from 140,000 square feet to 475,000 square feet. Kyle City Council accepted a performance-based grant agreement with the privately held company on Tuesday.
